SB 95 amends §15-12-40.1, relating to the selection of jurors and data collection for the state wide jury master list, by requiring all juror data provided to the Council of Superior Court Clerks of Georgia include a token numerical value. Each token value would be a representation of an individual’s social security number associated with their driver’s license or personal ID card holder.
